My a/c went out on a weekend and Trilogy answered my call right away. They came to my home the next day and my a/c was installed right away. Marco Galindo was the representative that assisted me here in the area of Mission Texas. I highly recommend them customer service was excellent, service was quick but most important they installed highly efficient a/c machines. I was able to get the machines on credit and payments are very affordable.
