Preventive Maintenance

Not performing preventive maintenance can cause damage to high-cost components such as coils, compressors and motors. An annual preventive maintenance program is recommended for your system so that any failure would be detected in time and implies a lower cost and a better response time.

The main activities to be followed up are the next:

  • Cleaning of the equipment in general and its environment
  • Cleaning coils, evaporators and condensers
  • Review of voltages, amperages and electrical connections
  • Bearing lubrication
  • High and low refrigerant pressure check
  • Retightening of power and control connection terminals

Corrective Maintenance

Corrective maintenance comes as a consequence of the lack of follow-up in the maintenance of the equipment regularly, which causes urgent maintenance changes that will cause higher costs when changing components.
