I highly recommend Trilogy 100%!

I purchased my air conditioning system from Trilogy, and it was installed on March 17, 2025. From the very beginning, Mariano, the salesperson, was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything went perfectly with the installation, and I had already given Trilogy 5 stars at the time, although I had not written a comment.

Unfortunately, on Saturday, August 22, 2026, a small component called the TXV failed, which caused the compressor to fail as well. I was told that the replacement compressor from Carrier would take approximately 20 days to arrive.

I was extremely frustrated because my house reached 95°F, and being without air conditioning in this heat was definitely not easy! I know I probably wasn't the easiest person to deal with on the phone during those days, but Diego from Customer Service was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire situation. He never lost his composure, always listened, and kept looking for solutions.

Today, Friday, August 28, Trilogy came through and replaced the entire outdoor unit rather than making me wait 20 days for the compressor. I truly appreciate that they found a solution and took care of the problem so quickly.

A special thank you to Diego for his patience and professionalism, and also to Alejandro for his help.

As for Carrier, I cannot say that I would recommend the brand based on this experience. Several installers have told me that the TXV is a component that can fail in Carrier systems after only a year to a year and a half. If that is the case, I believe Carrier should seriously look at the design and reliability of these components. It is frustrating that such a small part can cause such a major failure.

That said, I absolutely recommend Trilogy.

If you need to replace your air conditioning system, I strongly recommend giving Trilogy a call. They will help you determine what is best and most appropriate for your home. They are responsive, professional, and, most importantly, they stand behind their customers when there is a problem.
