We are very pleased with our new a/c system. We were able to get our new system the same day and the installers were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

System installed next day…but…installation crew tried to keep the UV lights until I went in the attic after they said they were finished and told them the UV lights are not installed. They went and got them from their truck like they forgot once I told them. Secondly the salesman said my system was going to be replaced including the lines from the compressor which did not happen. I got a bunch of different excuses on the reasoning behind that. The quality follow-up the next day discovered the drain line on the new install was clogged which he unclogged with compressed air and amazingly the system started cooling better. The only reason I chose this company was the warranty offered.

100% recommended! Glad I got to contact the right team for our AC. Thanks for taking really good care of us!

In no time, Trilogy had a technician out to help me and had the situation fixed in no time. Juan was a great help with explaining the issue and making sure I was up to date on what was happening. They installed the unit 2 years ago. We had to replace the entire outside condenser. $2000 to replace the new unit. This time we got a power surge. Efrain did a good job replacing the 2nd compressor.

Getting the Ac installed, fast, easy, no prob. Unfortunately started having issues 2 months into installation! Ac stopped working and getting someone out here to get it fixed was a HASSLE! A week and a half with NO AC mid Summer! And young children was no fun! Couldn’t get a reply from anyone after many calls and texts. Customer service could def be better

I had a representative come in the morning to give me a quote and discuss our options. I was so incredible shocked when he informed me they can have a crew come later that afternoon to install the new unit. He was very attentive and answered all my questions, and same day service is amazing especially with this Texas heat!

2015 Build, 2500 sq ft home. The builder installed a 13 seer 3.5 Ton Lenox HVAC system. The system worked but struggled for 9 years. Contacted a few AC people and Trilogy AC had a better price for a Carrier 16 seer 5 ton system. Install took 7 hours. They were very professional, very careful of the yard and house. They cleaned everything up. New system was installed even better then the builder. Everything is perfectly leveled and secured properly. Sealing the areas around the furnace looked like art work. It was not slapped on and left. Very clean install! Definitely recommend Trilogy AC.

I was so thankful to Trilogy for coming so quickly to help with my grandma's A/C issues. They weren't pushy, and I could tell they had our best interests in mind when it turned out to be a small issue!

Trilogy AC cooling and heating did a wonderful job at my residence replacing the condensing unit and the a coil drainage tray and building all the duct work I would highly recommend them for your AC and heating needs for your home they arrived a little later than scheduled but stays late to finish the job took them 8 hours and five of those hours were in an attic that was 120°

Technician did great on repair.Very timely experience on getting system fixed.My only issue is I pointed out what was more than likely wrong with system and to be charged amount I was with no itemized receipt.Seems like no transparency on parts and labor.I'm a Shop Foreman in the car business and our customers expect that kind of treatment !

We worked out the Carrier system I wanted and we agreed on the price, set up financing, and then he asked if I wanted it installed the same afternoon. I said absolutely since our system was very old and struggling. Trilogy had guys out at 2 and commenced to remove and haul off all of the old system. By 3 they had the new equipment at the house. By 7:30 the installation was finished! Their pricing is extremely competitive. This system is beautiful, quiet and very efficient 17 seer. I highly recommend Trilogy AC Cooling & Heating

I am overwhelmed with Trilogy AC and Yasser and my whole family could not be happier . Needed a new HVAC system and was able to upgrade to a 4ton unit. The house feels amazing and the work was done very quickly! 10/10 customer service and everything else! Thank you so much everyone!

Awesome installation from Joshua Alvarez team. They installed my unit quickly. My old unit was 25 years old and costing me lots on my light bill. Now with this new unit, we can sleep better in the nice cold air. Highly recommend.

The people scheduling were very helpful and very understanding and she try very hard to get a tech the same day unfortunately it was late, 6:30 PM. she schedule next day at 11 am. The tech, Pascual, was a very nice person and he identify the problem within seconds after he open the unit. A low amp fuse similar to a car was burn. He removed the fuse and used his tester the unit worked. he put one he had in his bag and the unit stared working. THE PROBLEM STARTED WHEN THE TECH CALLED HIS OFFICE TO CALL ME TO GIVE ME THE PRICE TO FIX MY UNIT. we waited more than 30 minutes and the officed never called, I call the office and I waited for another 10 minutes and then I hang up. They call me and they told me it was going to be about $500.00 to fix the problem. They wanted $300.00 for a fuse that paid $4.00 and it took me less than five minutes to change. I work in consulting and I understand about license and insurance but what Trilogy did was un insult and abuse. the mark-up for the fuse was almost 100 times of the value of the fuse. and they were not willing to negotiate. the main problem in your business is training; I think that by doing this you not only lost my business; I work in an office of about 30 people and they know about my experience with you. Even though you tech was very good I will not use you again because your office people did not bother to see the type of fuse and was not honest to charge me fairly. The tech took his fuse and I had to go to century to buy one and installed myself.
